Camping Utensils . . .

. . . Could Be Anything!

Utensils, it’s one of those words which you use to cover all possibilities really isn’t it . . . when you can’t remember the name of something or are not really sure what it does . . . “what’s that?”, “it’s a camping utensil”, “what do you do with it?”, “take it camping, it’s useful in the camp kitchen” . . . how vague is that? Okay, so a page about camping utensils really can cover a multitude of implements (that’s another one isn’t it . . . camping implements).

Useful Camping Utensils . . . Don’t Leave Home Without ‘Em

    • Camping Utensils can be camping cutlery – eating utensils specially designed for when you’re camping. Some of these are extremely innovative, spoons with a fork on the other end, knives, forks and spoons which all fit together in little storage compartments, plastic camping utensils, folding camping utensils,  metal camping utensils, lightweight and durable . . . which is important for all camping utensils.
    • Washing Station for Camping Utensils – you need clean camping utensils otherwise your food will taste funny and you could catch something horrible which makes you feel bad, and you don’t want to feel ill on your camping trip do you. Some camp washing stations are really clever (far removed from the twig tripods we used to make at scout camp to try and support a washing up bowl).
    • Kitchen Sink for Camping Utensils – I thought that campers could take everything except the kitchen sink on their camping trips, but it seems that these days they can take a kitchen sink with them too, a specially designed camp kitchen sink that is. These are not only great for washing the camping utensils, you can use them to wash the campers too, give your camping pets a drink, or fetching water from a nearby stream. (You shouldn’t wash up in a stream or lake . . . but then again you already know that don’t you. You really shouldn’t pollute the water with anything at all . . . leave no trace, that’s the ethics we all strive to live by).
